A pregnancy
center that was victimized multiple times by pro-abortion vandalism has filed a
FACE complaint against two abortion activists who were involved in the attacks.
The Buffalo-based pregnancy center network CompassCare filed a civil Freedom of Access to
Clinic Entrance Act (FACE) complaint against pro-abortion
extremists in U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.
The Buffalo
pregnancy center also was firebombed on June 7 in
one of the first of many attacks on pro-life organizations in the past year.
The fire caused approximately half a million dollars in damage and injured two
firefighters, but the perpetrators still have not been caught.
