The verdict is in – Democrat school lockdowns were a “catastrophe.” The latest testing scores from the National Assessment of Educational Progress shows devastating learning loss directly tied to school closures.
Now, Democrats want to memory-hole their part in keeping kids out of school,
but they can’t rewrite the data. A National Bureau of Economic Research analysis showed
that 19
of the top 20 states for getting kids back to in-person schooling were
led by Republicans.
In contrast, 18
of the bottom 20 states and districts were led by Democrats.
And for those not convinced by the data … the DNC
literally produced an
ad attacking Trump and Republicans for pushing to reopen schools. Not to
mention Biden’s CDC let one of the chief architects of school closures and
anti-science mandates, Randi Weingarten, dictate school
reopening guidelines. And now, Democrats want to lock
parents out of classrooms. It doesn’t get much clearer than that.
