A newly resurfaced undercover video shows Planned Parenthood executives talking about avoiding illegal partial birth abortions by tearing late-term babies up before extracting them, harvesting their organs, and selling their parts. The Center for Medical Progress said this week that Planned Parenthood asked then California Attorney General Kamala Harris to seize the video.
