Court allows Iowa pro-life law to take effect
Iowa’s Supreme Court has declined
to rehear a case challenging a law banning most abortions after six weeks,
setting the pro-life law to go into effect on July 29. Abortion was previously
legal in Iowa up to about 20 weeks.READ
