Idaho brings admin abortion rule to Supreme Court
Idaho’s
attorney general filed an emergency motion with the U.S. Supreme Court to
protect pro-life doctors. The federal government is attempting to use a law
ensuring emergency care for patients to force doctors to perform abortions.READ
