Can the state regulate who religious organizations can hire?

This week on Faith On Trial Sarah Parshall Perry, legal fellow with the Edwin Meese III Canter for Legal and Justice Studies with the Heritage Foundation, to discuss the ramifications of a case the Supreme Court just sent back to the Washington State Supreme Court. The case involved a man who claims to be bi-sexual and living in a same-sex relationship applied for and was refused a job with a Christian non-profit. The claim is discrimination, but will the court uphold the claim?
