This week: HHS “accommodation” and troubles on campus
Returning for
this week’s program will be Dana Cody, president and executive director of Life Legal Defense Foundation. Dana will be discussing the latest “accommodation”
that HHS is offering on its contraception mandate, which is little different
than the original mandate. Dana will be followed by David Hacker, senior legal
counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom.
David is representing a pro-life student group against the University of
Buffalo. Apparently the university has
different rules for how it deals with different campus organizations thus the
pro-life group had to pony up over $600 for campus security for a debate on
abortion while other groups were charged nothing.
