Colorado Democratic Gov. Jared Polis signed the so-called “Reproductive Health Equity Act 2.0” bill into law Friday. The package contains “several policies which stand in firm opposition to upholding the dignity of life, most notably banning the abortion pill reversal procedure in Colorado in addition to requiring insurance providers to cover the full cost of abortion and expanding access to ‘gender-affirming care,’” Denver Catholic reports. Bella Health and Wellness, a Colorado-based Catholic healthcare provider, has filed suit against the legislation. READ
