Reps. Jim Jordan, R-OH, and Mike Johnson R-LA, are launching a congressional inquiry into the Justice Department’s Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act enforcement. “Several recent actions by the Department reinforce the conclusion that the Justice Department is using its federal law enforcement authority as a weapon against the administration’s political opponents,” the congressmen stated, citing, among other incidents, the FBI’s dramatic arrest of Mark Houck, a Catholic father facing felony charges for pushing a pro-abortion activist who allegedly harassed his son.
